Zionist Forces Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque; 55 Worshippers Injured
A large number of Zionist forces stormed the Al-Aqsa Msoque on Friday, September 6, after Friday prayers.
They beat worshippers and fired tear gas during the attack, in which 55 Muslim worshippers sustained injuries, Samanews website reported.
Witnesses said scores of Palestinian worshippers suffered tear gas inhalation during the clashes indie the mosque.
According to a report by Ma’an news agency, 20 Palestinians were wounded by rubber bullets, as Zionist forces used rubber bullets, tear gas and sound bombs to disperse the worshippers. The Zionist security forces also arrested 15 Palestinians.
Tension has gripped Al-Quds after scores of Zionist settlers stormed Al-Aqsa mosque, Islam’s third holiest site, on Wednesday on the occasion of the Jewish New Year.
