This was announced by Mohammad Hossein Behboudi, director of the Institutes and Provinces Department of the Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization, who also told IQNA that the organization will select the top institutes by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (ends on March 20, 2014).
He said the criteria for selecting the top Quran institutes have been determined and the branches of the Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization will introduce their nominee to the selecting committee based on these criteria.
According to the official they will have until Late October to send the names of their nominees to the committee.
He said in order to introduce the activities of the country’s Quran institutes, the second edition of the festival of Quranic products is also planned to be held this year.
Behboudi noted that the festival will feature themes like Quranic calligraphy, Quranic books, Quranic journals, Quranic digital media and Quranic ideas.
