“Risalah Al-Mawaddah” Published in Beirut
An Arabic translation of a book titled “Risalah Al-Mawaddah” (book of love) by Ayatollah Haj Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Husseini Tehrani was published in Beirut, Lebanon.
The book which is an interpretation of Ayah Al-Mawaddah (Surah Shura, verse 23: 'I do not ask of you a wage for this, except love for the kinsfolk;’) has been translated from Persian into the Arabic language.
Ayatollah Haj Sayyed Mohammad Mohsen Husseini Tehrani, the son of the scholar, has written an introduction to the book published in cooperation with Maktab-e Wahy Publication and Dar-ol-Mahajjat-ol-Bayza’ in Lebanon.
The book is a summary of speeches presented by the scholar in about 43 years ago at Qaem Mosque in Tehran on the interpretation of the verse of the Holy Quran and necessity of the love for Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS).
An investigation of the events after the demise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) until the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatemeh (SA) has also been included in the work.
The 299-page book covers eight chapters with revised Quranic and historical discussions which are comprehensible for everyone.
Love for the Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) in the journey (Soluk) towards God, the meaning of Mawaddah, the stress of scholars on the necessity of love for Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS), the necessity of the love in the Quran and Sunnah, why the Quran considers the love for Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) as the wage for the prophetic mission, love for the infallibles (AS) gets human closer to their thought, etc. are some of the titles of the chapters in the book.
A large number of written works by the scholar has been translated into the Arabic language and published so far.
