Malakout Festival to Promote Civilization-making View of Islam

The Malakout National Festival is aimed at materializing the guidelines of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution about promotion of civilization-making view of Islam.
Head of the Iranian Academics Quranic Activities Organization Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Mehdi Taqavi made the remark in a meeting with Hojat-ol-Islam Abedi, Chancellor of the Quranic Sciences and Teachings University, adding that the Supreme Leader wants the society to move toward a new Islamic civilization and a change in lifestyle.
He underlined that reaching the objective needs some preliminary steps such as raising people’s religious knowledge and awareness.
According to the official, the Malakout Festival includes a competition in which questions are asked based on one of the books by grand Ayatollah Javadi-Amoli.
He said a special software package has been prepared in cooperation with Isra International Foundation that contains all of the books by the grand Ayatollah.
Hojat-ol-Islam Taqavi further described the Malakout National Festival as a manifestation of unity between seminaries and universities.
