Ibrahim Mahmoud said Saudi Arabia has organized groups that have killed thousands in different parts of the world, Al-Alam reported.
He pointed to the recent report by the Human Rights Watch about the killings in the Syrian city of Latakia and said the human rights group has focused on a tiny fraction of crimes committed by Saudi-linked groups and found out that Saudi Arabia exports crimes to other countries.
Mahmoud accused Riyadh of allocating financial resources to terrorists with the aim of destroying Arab and Muslim countries.
He added that Saudi officials have extremist ideas and believe that killing those who think differently is OK.
