The Eid Al-Adha prayers were held in Hamburg, Germany, on Wednesday, October 16.
According to IQNA’s Europe Branch, the Imam Ali (AS) Mosque of the Islamic Center of Hamburg hosted the prayers.
Hamburg Muslims from various nationalities attended the Eid prayers, which was led by Hojat-ol-Islam Ramezani, the imam and prayers leader of the Islamic Center of Hamburg.
The program began with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by Takbir (praising God), prayers and an Eid sermon delivered by Hojat-ol-Islam Ramezani.
Eid Al-Adha, one of the major Islamic feasts, commemorates Abraham's intended sacrifice of his son to God.
