Quran Competitions Promote Quranic Discourse
Supreme Leader’s representative in Far province said Quran competitions pave the way for promotion of Quranic discourse.
Speaking to IQNA’s Fars branch, Ayatollah Assadollah Imani referred to the upcoming National Awqaf Quran Competition, saying that the contest can be an opportunity to develop acquaintance with the Holy Book.
He said the Quran and Etrat have the capacity to guide the human society in all aspects of life.
Ayatollah Imani added that promotion of the Quranic culture and acquaintance with the Quran should be the leading aim in all Quranic program.
The senior cleric went on to say that the higher the level of Quranic awareness in a society, the more guaranteed will be the health of the individual and society.
The 36th edition of the national Awqaf Quran competition is set to be held in fars province later this year.
