Olympiad among Muslim Students to Be Held in Kazan

VI Russian Olympiad on Islamic subjects and Arabic language among students of Islamic schools will be held in the Russian Islamic Institute on October 28-29 in Kazan, the press service of Tatarstani muslims reports.
The purpose of the Olympiad is to identify students who are talented in the study of Islamic sciences, Arabic, and to create the necessary conditions to support such students. The competition will be participated by students of Muslim schools of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Chechnya, Ingushetia, Kabardino -Balkaria, Mordovia, Karachay -Cherkessia, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Saratov, Ulyanovsk, Samara, and many other regions of Russia.
Students of the Bashkir State University and Moscow State Linguistic University will participate in only the category of "Arabic language".
Olympiad will be held in the form of test writing assignments in all categories. In addition, the competition of Arabic will have to demonstrate oral skills of Arabic speech and contestants on Islamic disciplines - the ability of the Quran reading.
The Olympiad will divided into the following categories: Islamic law , Basics of the religion and Arabic language.
Each institution will be represented by one participant in each category and one teacher for the jury team. The winners and prize-winners will be awarded by cash and prizes. All participants will be presented by diplomas and memorable gifts.
