Nahj-ul-Balaqa Teaching in Freetown Islamic Faculty

Two courses of “Introduction to Nahj-ul-Balaqa” and “History of Religions” are being instructed for the first time at the Islamic Faculty of Freetown in Sierra Leone.
According to IQNA’s branch in Africa, “Introduction to Nahj-ul-Balaqa” is being taught as a two-credit course in Arabic and English languages in this faculty.
Mohammad Reza Ghezelsofla, Iranian cultural attaché in Sierra Leone has been appointed by Hojat-ol-Islam Javad Darghavi, dean of the faculty and Al-Mustafa International University to teach the courses.
He also teaches introduction to Islam, Arabic language, Islamic ideology, Islam and globalization, Divine religions and investigation of thoughts of Augustine, Nietzsche, and Sartre in comparison with Muslim philosophers at Fourah Bay College.
Fourah Bay College (founded on February 18, 1827) is a public university in the neighborhood of Mount Aureol in Freetown, Sierra Leone. It is the oldest university in West Africa and a constituent college of the University of Sierra Leone.
