Abulqasem Jamebozorg, director of the institute told IQNA that the main objective of the institute is to develop Quran teachings and disseminate Quranic culture among Muslims in different parts of the world.
“Memorization of the Holy Quran’s Surahs” for 6-year old children in 2000 copies, “Basics of Quran Memorization” for 5-year-old children in 1500 copies are among the booklets sent to the province.
He said that the booklets are published by the institute and a Quranic center in Herat cooperates with the institute in the project.
The director added that some other works including educational books on Tajweed principles for different age groups have also been published and sent to the region.
He noted that the project is implemented in line with the educational activities of the institute and expressed hope that the cooperation with the Herat Quran center would continue.
