Delemus is planning to hold the contest in late August.
Delemus is a 60-year-old former Marine. The news of the contest comes just weeks after two gunmen were killed, and a security guard injured, outside of a similar contest in Garland, Texas.
Delemus says he won’t allow offensive drawings of the Prophet (PBUH), whereas the very depicting of the Holy Prophet is an act of desecration.
He claims the US Constitution gives him the right to offend.
