Ayatollah Mohri was the representative of a number of grand sources of emulation in Kuwait and led prayers in Imam Ali (AS) Mosque in Kuwait city.
His body is expected to be flown to the holy city of Najaf, Iraq, for burial.

He was a student of senior scholars such as grand Ayatollah Abolqassem Khoei and grand Ayatollah Seyed Mohammad Baqer Sadr.
Ayatollah Seyed Mohammad Baqer Mousawi al-Mohri was a devotee of Imam Khomeini (RA) and always supported the Islamic Revolution.
