Int’l Quran Memorization Award for Girls Planned in Dubai

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Adviser to the Ruler of Dubai for Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs announced that an international Quran memorization competition will be held for girls in Dubai.

According to quran.gov.ae, Ibrahim Bu Melha who is also the head of the organizing committee of Dubai International Holy Quran Award said that Sheikh Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, The UAE’s Prime Minister and the Ruler of Dubai has issued the order of organization of the competition.

He added that the competition will be titled after “Fatimah bint Mubarak”, the female social activist of the UAE who was selected as the Muslim figure of the 19th edition of Dubai International Holy Quran Award.
