Quranic Sessions Planned in Armenia
According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the programs will begin in the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ma’soumeh (Imam Reza’s (AS) sister) and continue until the birth anniversary of Imam Reza (AS).
“The Status of Quran in Scientific and Practical Seerah of the 8th Imam (AS)” is the theme of the sessions.
Sponsored by the Iranian center, the Quranic events will be organized in cooperation with the Quran Section of the Blue Mosque of Yerevan.
The mosque will host the programs after the congregational evening prayers every night with the participation of Hojat-ol-Islam Shaj’an, imam of the mosque.
Dissemination of Quranic culture in the society is the main objective of the sessions.
Quran recitation, translation and interpretation as well as Quranic discussions are different parts of the programs.
