According to Al-Sharq newspaper, the school has been established in cooperation with Qatari members of Abdullah ibn Khalifah Islamic Charity Center.
The school has a mosque and an educational center for elementary level students.
Promotion of Quran teaching in Ghana, developing religious education in the African country and raising a generation acquainted with Islamic teachings are among the objectives of the new school.
It has been set up on a 400-square meter plot of land and cost 287000 Qatari Rials to be completed.
