TEHRAN (IQNA) - The qualifying rounds of the 13th Edition of Syed Junaid Alam International Quran Award, the largest contest of its kind ever organized in the Kingdom of Bahrain will kick-off soon.

The event is to be organized by the Holy Quran Custody Society (HQCS).
The qualifications will be held on November 21-24 and the final ceremony is to be held on Thursday, November 26th, BNA reported.
The Award’s Organizing Committee Chairman Abdul-Ghani Al-Omari said that the orgnizing committee prepared programmes for this award and contacted embassies of Arab and Islamic countries in Bahrain to nominate representatives for this gathering.
Al-Omari said that HQCS aims to serve the holy Quran.
