TEHRAN (IQNA) – A book titled “The 30th Juz of Quran with Quranic Recitations” was published by the Center for Printing, Interpretation and Sciences of Quran affiliated to the Astan of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine in karbala, Iraq.

According to Qaf news agency, the book introduces different recitations of the Holy Quran’s verses including the narration of Hafs from ‘Asim, popular in some east Arab and Asian countries, narration of Warsh from Nafi’, in Egypt, Algeria and Morocco and narration of Al-Douri from Abi 'Amr in Sudan and Somalia.

Sheikh Ziauddin Al-Zubaidi, director of the center said that the Quranic plan to introduce different Quran readings started with the 30th Juz (part) of the Holy Quran.

He said the book focuses on this part since these verses are taught in most of the Quranic courses.

He added that the center will continue the plan through the publication of sources on different readings of the other parts of the Quran.

A recitation of the Quranic verses in Hafs narration has been discussed in this book and the terms with different recitations have been highlighted.

The book also provides a biography of some of the Quran reciters and clarifies the meanings of the most frequently used words in the Quran.
