The scholars toured various sections of the news agency and got acquainted with different activities of the Quranic center.
Rashila Ramli and Rozi Suliza Hashim from the National University of
Malaysia, Nurani Yusuf, assistant professor of English literature in
Malaysia, Seyyed Farid Al-Attas, Malaysian sociologist and writer were
some members of the delegation.
Hamid Saber Farzam, Head of the Iranian Academics’ Quranic Activities
Organization, introduced the programs and activities of the center and
said that IQNA started its activities in 2003 with the publication of
Quranic news in Iran and since 2006 it has been covering the Quranic
news in different parts of the world.
He added that the news covered by the agency are translated in different languages including English and Malay.
