Mohammad Javid Akbari from Afghanistan came second and the third title went to Bahre Al Din Saeed from Indonesia.
Syed Abbas Ali from Germany and Mustafa Ali from the Netherlands won the fourth and fifth ranks respectively.
In memorization, too, Iran’s representative Mojtaba Fard Fani finished first.
He was followed by Abdul Aziz Ahmed from Egypt and Muhammad Ali Abdullah from Australia.
Khalid Sankari from Ivory Coast and Muhammad Taha Hassan from Niger respectively came fourth and fifth.
The international competition kicked off at Tehran’s Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) on Wednesday.
