Summer Quran Memorization Courses Planned in Turkey
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A series of summer Quran memorization courses for students is planned to be held in Turkey starting from June 20
According to Dini Haberler, "This Summer Write the Quran on Your Heart” is the title of the Quranic program.
Benjamin Albairak, head of the Religious Teachings Office of Turkey’s Dianat Organization, said that the objective of the program is to get the students more acquainted with Quranic concepts.
About 3.5 million students in different parts of the country will participate in the courses this year, he added.
Albairak also noted that the classes will be held 3 hours a day for 9 weeks.
Two weeks of the program will be held in the holy month of Ramadan, which he said provides a good opportunity to get the students closer to the Divine teachings.
