TEHRAN (IQNA) – An educational course titled “Islam; Religion of Culture and Awakening” is planned to be held in Egypt by “Misr Al-Jadida” Association.

Course on Islamic Culture to Be Held in Egypt

According to Al-Wafd website, Alexandria Library will cooperate with the association in holding the program.

It will be organized from July 17 to August 8 at Al-Mustaqbal Library of Cairo, the capital city of Egypt.

Islamic culture, Islamic philosophy, Arabic language, Arabic literature, Islamic architecture, Islamic art, Islamic scientific heritage, Islamic intellectual heritage, Islamic manuscripts and Islamic sciences are the themes of the course.

Adults aged 18 to 40 can participate in the program planned for men and women.

Nabil Helmi, secretary general of the association, said that the main objective of the course is to promote awakening in the society and get the people more acquainted with the Islamic culture.

The themes of the 5-week course will be taught by eminent scholars and the participants will be granted certificates as well as a collection of scientific and religious books at the end of the program.
