54 Countries to Attend 'Seyyed Junaid Alam' Int’l Quran Competition
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 14th edition of “Seyyed Junaid Alam” international Quran Award will be organized with the participation of Quran activists from 54 countries in Bahrain.
According to BNA, memorization of the entire Quran and recitation while observing the Tajweed principles are the categories of the competition.
It is annually organized by Bahrain's Holy Quran Custody Society.
The Quranic event will be sponsored by "Seyyed Junaid Alam” Institute of Bahrain.
The previous edition of the competition was held from November 21 to 24, 2015.
The International Holy Quran Memorization Organization selected "Seyyed Junaid Alam” Quran Award as the best international Quran competition in 2014.
