Qatif-Based Center Plans Quran Interpretation Competition
TEHRAN (IQNA) – “Tarateel Al-Fajr” Quranic Committee for Shia Muslims in Qatif province of Saudi Arabia has invited those interested to take part in an international Quran interpretation competition.
According to Qaaf news agency, Surah Al-Rahman of the Holy Quran is the theme of the competition titled "Mizmar Al-Fajr 3”.
It will be held in written form and "Nemuneh” interpretation of the Quran by grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, Shia source of emulation, will be the source of the questions.
The Quranic event will be organized on August 24 in cooperation with Quran centers in different Muslim countries.
Those willing to attend the competition should sign up by August 10, the committee said.
