TEHRAN (IQNA) – The “Ibn Tashfin” Institute for Research and Creativity in Morocco launched a plan for writing interpretation of Quranic verses for children.

According to lomazoma.com, it is the first Quran interpretation plan for children in the North African country that applies new methods.

The institute held a preliminary workshop with the participation of experts in Quran interpretation, teaching, psychology, sociology and child media to discuss the plan.

Adil Rafush, the supervisor general and scientific director of the institute, said in the workshop that the institute aims to meet the needs of children in Quranic fields and provide Quran interpretations for children that would benefit families, schools and centers seeking to raise a Quranic generation.

Introducing a basic program for interpretation of Divine verses for children was the main theme of the workshop discussed alongside the scientific and educational aspects of the plan.

As part of the plan, the institute will collect different forms of audio-visual products and written works on Quran interpretation written for children so far.
