University of Tehran to Host Islamic Studies Course for Russian Researchers

TEHRAN (IQNA) – A course on Islamic studies is planned to be held for a group of Russian researchers in September.

According to the Islamic Studies Foundation of Russia, the University of Tehran will host the course on September 15-26.

It will include various lessons on different aspects of Islamic studies.

A number of Russian academics had applied for the course, of whom 15 PhD students and researchers have been admitted.

Holding the course is part of the agreements reached during a recent visit by several University of Tehran scholars to Russia.
