Pakistan’s Quran Publishers Thank Imran Khan

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Publishers of the Holy Quran in Pakistan have expressed gratitude for federal minister of religious affairs Pir Noorul Haq Qadri for conveying to Prime Minister Imran Khan the demand of Anjuman Nashiran-e-Quran Pak (ANQP) regarding the opening of Quran publishing and distribution shops before the month of Ramadan.

 

Addressing a meeting in Lahore on Tuesday, president ANQP Kashif Iqbal welcomed the decision of PM Imran Khan to allow opening of Quran publishing houses and distribution shops in Ramadan and direct the authorities concerned in this regard, The News reported.

He said prime minister’s decision was the need of the hour to facilitate the believers to recite and seek blessings of Almighty Allah to ward off coronavirus pandemic from the human race.

Ramadan, the lunar Hijri month in which Muslims fast from dawn to sunset, will begin later this week.
