Difference between Buka, Ibka, Tabaki in Mourning Imam Hussein’s Martyrdom
TEHRAN (IQNA) – For those who attend mourning ceremonies for martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), three different words have been used in the Hadiths (narrations). Sometimes the word Buka, sometimes the word Ibka and in the third time the word Tabaki is used.
Speaking in a series of sessions on Ashura, Dr Mohsen Esmaeili has elaborated on different aspects of the event of Ashura.
In the fifth session, he elaborated on the meanings of the words Buka, Ibka and Tabaki that are related to mourning the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS).
