‘Recite Quran’ Contest Underway in Al Rahmaniyah Suburb of UAE’s Sharjah

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Ahmed Garg Rupari, Vice-Chairman of Al Rahmaniyah Suburb Council’s Initiatives Committee in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates, announced the launch of the "Recite Quran" competition at the Saeed bin Othman bin Affan Mosque Library.

Organized by the Council, in collaboration with the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Establishment, the three-day competition will see 42 contestants.

In a statement to "Sharjah 24", Rupari stated that the "Recite Quran" competition aims to foster a competitive spirit among people of the suburb and to discover new talents.

The competition is in its second year, and the number of participants has increased significantly, according to Ahmed Rubari.
