Prominent Iraqi Quranic Professor Passes Away
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Ahmed Fathi Ramadan Al-Hayani, a prominent Iraqi professor in the field of rhetoric, passes away at 64.
He was a prominent lecturer in the field of rhetorical interpretation of the Quran at the University of Mosul.
Al-Hayani passed away due to an illness, according to Azzaman website.
A prominent lecturer in postgraduate studies, he has left behind valuable books and articles in the Quranic field apart from supervising various related theses.
Born in 1958 in Mosul, Al-Hayani completed his Ph.D. at the University of Mosul in the field of rhetorical studies.
His colleagues and students took to social media to mourn the late professor, expressing their shock over his early departure.
