Islamic Jihad Chief Hails Iran’s Support for Palestine
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The secretary general of the Palestinian resistance movement Islamic Jihad lauded the Islamic Republic of Iran for supporting the Palestinian nation.
Ziyad al-Nakhalah highlighted the failure of certain Arab regimes to undermine the Islamic resistance by normalizing ties with the Zionist regime, Al-Ahed News reported.
He said they have realized that the people of Palestine, who are under siege, can resist the occupation and fight the enemy.
He added that among Muslim countries, Iran is the only one that is paying the price for supporting Palestine.
In this world that is full of injustice, Iran has stood by the Palestinian people and continues supporting them, he stated.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Nakhalah underlined the need for more unity among Palestinian groups and strengthening resistance against the Zionist regime.
