It will be held on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zahra (SA), according to the website of the holy shrine’s Astan (custodianship).
The Quranic circle will be part of an Ifaf festival that began at the holy shrine on Monday,
Haidar Rahim, head of the media office of the Astan, said the festival will run for a week.
It includes a number of forums with the participation of women as well as cultural events, he stated.
Rahim added that a number of female university professors and school teachers and students will also be honored for their achievements.
