The assembly issued a statement regarding the developments in Palestine, noting that the Israeli regime’s atrocities in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank have been ongoing for 330 days, al-Manar reported.
It said the Israeli raids in the West Bank have intensified in an unprecedented and brutal way.
The statement denounced the killing of Palestinians, destruction of infrastructures and displacement of people.
It said the prime minister of the Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, seeks to prolong the war in order to involve the world in the war but this strategy would not benefit the regime and it will face a disgraceful failure.
The assembly hailed the resistance of Palestinians against the Zionist regime and also commended the Iraqi resistance forces for targeting a power station in occupied Palestine in solidarity with the Palestinians.
The statement also called for a boycott of the Zionist regime to prevent the continuation of the war on the Gaza Strip.
