“The aggression by the Zionist regime two nights ago should neither be exaggerated nor downplayed,” Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said on Sunday while addressing families of some Iranian martyrs in Tehran.
“It’s essential to convey the strength, determination, and ingenuity of the Iranian people and youth to them,” he said, adding, “The way in which this message of Iran’s power and resolve should be delivered is up to the authorities to decide, and they should act in the best interests of the nation and its people.”
The Israeli regime launched airstrikes against several targets in three Iranian provinces on Saturday night. Iranian air defense force said that the aggression was “successfully” repelled.

Later on Saturday, the Iranian Army announced that four of its members have been martyrs as a result of the aggression.
The General Staff said in a Saturday statement that the Israeli missiles used in the attack carried very light warheads, about a fifth the weight of Iranian ballistic missiles. The strike caused limited damage to several Iranian radar systems, which were quickly repaired or are currently under repair, the statement added.
