Ali Tan, head of the section, made the remark in an interview with IQNA, saying it is essential for the efforts of those working in this field to be recognized and celebrated.

Another goal is to showcase the annual productions of the country in the field of religious arts, he said.

“And another goal is the production of Quranic works. This aspiration has been pursued in various editions (of the expo), and we are not neglecting it this year either. (Among the efforts for this purpose) are holding workshops daily at the exhibition, through which artistic works are created. The pieces produced in these workshops are also aligned with the objectives of the exhibition.”

Tan also noted that 183 works by the country’s artists are on display at this section.

And in the sounds and melodies segment, choirs perform three songs each night focused on religious and revolutionary themes, he went on to say.
