IQNA – More than 13 million visitors prayed at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa in the Prophet's Mosque in 2024, authorities said.

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque on Saturday announced the successful facilitation of the visits.

The authority highlighted this success as a result of integrated efforts across government agencies and the commitment to providing a reassuring and spiritual atmosphere for religious rituals, utilizing advanced technology and organization to deliver optimal services to visitors.

It detailed organizational efforts including the development of the Nusuk and Tawakkalna pre-booking system, expanded coordination with security, health, and service entities, and enhanced field personnel operational capacity to ensure smooth visitor flow and organized entries and exits, according to high quality and safety standards.
