
Speaking at a meeting of the Supreme Council of Judiciary in Tehran on Monday, Hojat-ol-Islam Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei referred to the US president’s explicit confession and admission of direct participation in the aggression against Iran and the dimensions and consequences of this confession from the perspective of international law.
The US President once again explicitly confessed and admitted to committing a crime against Iran and Iranians and said that he directly intervened in the aggression against Iran during the 12-day war, he noted.
This explicit and clear confession and admission has consequences from the perspective of legal and criminal rules and international law, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohseni Ejei stated.
Therefore, he added, the Attorney General and the Deputy for International Affairs of the Judiciary should prepare arrangements to investigate this crime in international and domestic courts.
