Pakistan Grand Mufti Emphasizes Support for Iran in Face of US Bullying
Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Usmani warned of the US-Israeli plot to sow seeds of sedition and spread flames of discord amid the aggression on Iran, Pakistani media reported.
He said Muslims should not make any miscalculation and fall into the trap of discord.
Today, it is time for unity and turning to sectarian differences would mean acting in favor of the enemy.
Therefore, he said, Muslims should stand united and support Iran.
The senior cleric also praised the Islamabad government’s stance in condemnation of the aggression on Iran and its support for the Muslim neighboring country.
He said the United States and the Israeli regime seek chaos and discord among Muslim countries and pushing them toward civil war.
The power of Muslims lies in their unity and if they bolster this front, the US and Israel will become desperate in the face of the Muslim Ummah, he went on to say.

The Pakistani cleric also praised Iran’s retaliatory response to the US-Israeli aggression that began on February 28 and led to the martyrdom of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, a number of senior military commanders and hundreds of people.
