Yemenis Continue Large-Scale Rallies Condemning Quran Desecration, Backing Gaza, Lebanon
Hajjah governorate was one of the places in Yemen that witnessed massive public rallies on Sunday "in support of the Quran and al-Aqsa, in solidarity with Lebanon, and affirming readiness."
Participants in marches in the provincial capital and several districts raised copies of the Holy Quran, condemning in the strongest terms the recent burning of the Quran in the US state of Michigan.
They considered this crime one in a series of attacks targeting Islamic sanctities that cannot be ignored. They called upon Arab and Muslim governments and peoples to defend the most sacred Islamic sites and put a definitive end to these insults.
The marchers, led by the governor, Hilal al-Sufi, along with several deputies and prominent social and political figures, held Arab and Muslim governments responsible for the enemies' continued perpetration of such crimes.
They declared a general mobilization in support of the Holy Quran and the Lebanese people, expressing their complete readiness to face death and make the ultimate sacrifices in confronting the forces of global arrogance.
A statement issued by the marchers condemned the repeated insults against the Holy Quran and the almost daily desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the enemies of God, the Zionist Americans.
The statement clarified that the Yemeni people will not remain silent in the face of these renewed insults and ongoing crusades. In all its forms.
The statement called upon Muslims worldwide and the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations to fulfill their duty by taking serious and sincere action in jihad for the sake of Allah, implementing boycott campaigns, and holding massive angry marches in all cities and capitals to confront the Zionist satanic scheme and its hostile actions against Islam and Muslims, as well as the hostile campaigns it is waging against the Islamic Ummah.
It stressed that the greatest danger lies in complacency and negligence in confronting the aggressive, satanic schemes of the Jews and their agents.
The statement affirmed the steadfastness of the Yemeni position, based on religious and moral principles, in supporting and standing with our brothers in Gaza, working to liberate the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and every inch of Palestinian land, and standing with the prisoners held in Israeli prisons until they achieve freedom.
It expressed solidarity with the dear mujahideen of Hezbollah in Lebanon, while simultaneously praising Hezbollah's strong and painful stances against the temporary Zionist enemy entity.

The statement also affirmed a high level of readiness in the face of any new developments or escalations that America and Israel might undertake. In their exploitation of the region and the Islamic Ummah, and their attempts to escalate aggression in a new round against the region after the failure of their previous aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The statement indicated that the Yemeni people, steadfast in their faith, remain present in the field of jihad, carrying the banner of Islam and at the forefront of supporting Islam and the Quran, just as their ancestors, the Ansar, were. They stand firm on the path of righteousness with unwavering pride, dignity, and resilience, responding to calls, bearing responsibility, and present under the leadership of Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
The statement called upon the Islamic Ummah and the valiant, faithful, and mujahid Yemeni people to adhere to the Holy Quran, follow its guidance, preserve their faith-based identity, and be wary of the enemy's subtle psychological warfare tactics, which specifically target the younger generations.
