Muhammad Rasulullah Group Performs at Martyred Leader’s Farewell Ceremony

IQNA – The ‘Muhammad Rasulullah (PBUH)’ religious singing group performed its latest song during the farewell ceremony for martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.

Head of the group Rahim Ghorbani announced the production and unveiling of its latest work at the ceremony in the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall).

He said this work was produced in honor of the Quranic character of the martyred Leader and inspired by the group members’ devotion to the Leader of the Ummah, and was performed for the first time at the farewell ceremony.

He stated that this work was produced especially for the martyred Leader, adding that the Quranic personality of Ayatollah Khamenei and his special concern for promoting the culture and teachings of the Quran were the most important motivations for the group members to produce this work.

“The martyred Leader had repeatedly shown kindness and respect to the Muhammad Rasoolullah (PBUH) group over the past years, and these affections made our responsibility to perform religious duties, however small, heavier.”

Ghorbani said the melody of this work was arranged with inspiration from the piece “Stand Up and its lyrics were composed by Master Morteza Heydari Al-e Kathir to form a work that is appropriate to the epic and spiritual atmosphere of these days.

Referring to the content of this work, he said the poetry and performance of this piece, while honoring the high position of the martyred Leader, emphasizes the continuation of the path of the Islamic Revolution, the culture of resistance, and the deep connection of the Quranic society with the ideals of the martyred Imam.
