IQNA – The online Quran recitation center of Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca has served more than 32,000 Students from 90 Countries.

The university has strengthened its global presence in 2026 by achieving significant milestones that reflect its expanded reach to various countries, aligning with its mission to facilitate Quranic education through modern digital technologies.

Statistics from the online center show that 32,798 students from 90 countries worldwide benefited from its educational services, confirming the global impact of the initiative and its role in enhancing intellectual and cultural exchange with diverse Muslim communities.

The Quran recitation center was staffed by 112 male and female teachers specializing in Quranic education and related sciences.

They contributed 4,768 hours of instruction through the online platform, within an integrated educational system that utilizes the latest technologies to facilitate Quranic learning according to the rules of Tajweed.

The number of pages read and corrected during the year reached 35,687, reflecting the high demand for the center's services and the growing confidence in the quality of its educational programs and technological mechanisms.
