Resolution Allowing Daily Broadcast of Adhan Signed by Mayor of Minneapolis

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The mayor of Minneapolis, US state of Minnesota, signed an ordinance that allows mosques to broadcast the Adhan, or Islamic call to prayer , five times a day.
