Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, A Religious, National Necessity
At the end of its weekly session, the assembly issued a statement stressing that Islamic resistance in Lebanon is a religious and national must, Al’Ahd website reported.
It referred to the continuation of onslaughts by the Zionist regime, including the installment of spying devices along the Lebanese border and said that makes Islamic resistance even more necessary.
The statement said the fundamental issue in the Muslim Ummah in the past, present and future has been and will be the issue of Palestine and liberating it from the Zionist occupation.
The assembly called on the Islamic resistance movement to stand against the Zionists in any manner possible.
The statement also pointed to the situation in Syria and said armed support to Wahabi Takfiris in Syria who desecrate human and Islamic values should end so that the killings and clashes would end in Syria and the country would regain its power, freedom and independence.
