Manifestations of Iranian Islamic Culture and Art in Dagestan

An exhibition of Iranian Islamic culture and art was opened on November 26 in the Republic of Dagestan by Iranian Cultural Center in Moscow.




According to IQNA’s branch in Europe, the exhibition has been held in cooperation with the Municipality of Makhachkala.



Iranian handicrafts including tiles, rugs, inlay and engrave works, miniatures, glass and stone statues, have been presented at the exhibition.



The center also plans to hold an exhibition of tableaus by Farshchian, Iranian eminent artist, traditional cloths, pictorial carpets and a book fair including publications of the center in the Russian language.



Iranian Cinema will also be introduced to the citizens with screening five Iranian movies dubbed in Russian.



National Musum in Novosibiresk Province hosts the exhibition for five days.
