Medina Quran Memorizers to Convene Sunday

The second gathering of the Quran memorizers of the holy city of Medina will be held today, March 16.

It is organized by the city’s Tazim Al-Quran center with the motto of “Spring of My Heart”, tazimalquran website reported.
More than 300 male and female memorizers of the Holy Book will be attending the gathering.
According to Imad Bin Zuhair Hafiz, an official with the center, the conventions, planned to be held for the second consecutive year, aims to enhance the skills of Quran memorizers.
He said there will be sideline programs for the participants including workshops, competitions and seminars.
Students from the city’s Quranic institutes including Tayyaba University, Islamic University of Medina, Quran Memorization Society and Dar Al-Furqan are among the participants at the event.
