Hundreds of Belgian Muslims held a rally on Friday in front of the Saudi embassy in Brussels to protest against Riyadh's support for the terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

The demonstrators chanted slogans calling on the Saudi government to stop its meddling in Iraq, rtbf reported.
They then walked to the Iraqi embassy in the Belgian capital and met with the Iraqi ambassador.
The demonstrators expressed their support for the Iraqi people in their confrontation with the ISIL terrorist group.
Bahar Kimyongur, spokesperson of the Committee against the Interference in Syria, and an organizer of the Friday rally, in a speech condemned the ISIL attacks against Iraqi people and urged all Iraqis to unite against terrorism.
The ISIL Takfiri terrorists have captured some areas in Iraq and Syria and are fighting against soldiers of the Iraqi and the Syrian governments.
In Iraq, the army presses ahead with its offensive against the al-Qaeda-linked militants, killing a top commander of ISIL around Tikrit.
Iraqi troops also continue their clean-up operations in the Balad district of Salahuddin Province. They have managed to regain full control of the main refinery in the province.
On June 10, the ISIL militants took control of Mosul, the capital of Nineveh Province, which was followed by the fall of Tikrit, located 140 kilometers (87 miles) northwest of the capital Baghdad.
Hundreds of thousands of Iraqi people have been forced out of their homes since the attacks.
