A Quarter Century of Cultural Jihad, Motto of 25th Tehran Int’l Book Fair
Director of the 25th Tehran International Book Fair said the motto of this edition of the book fair is “A Quarter Century of Cultural Jihad”.
Bahman Dorri, who also heads the event’s policy-making council, added that the motto has been selected for this great cultural event because it has been annually held in the past 25 years.
Given the instructions of the Supreme Leader about book reading and the need for elevating the country’s public culture, special attention will be paid to the issue of cultural Jihad in the 25th International Book Fair, Dorri said.
He further said that a committee named “Quarter Century” has been set up to acclaim 25 years of holding the annual fair and implementing cultural Jihad in the field of books and book reading.
The 25th Tehran International Book Fair is planned to be held from May 2-12 in the Imam Khomeini (RA) grand Mosalla (prayer ground).
