An educational course on accurately performing prayers was held on January 10 to 17 by the Office for Muslims Religious Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan.
An educational course on accurately performing prayers was held on January 10 to 17 by the Republic of Dagestan’s Office for Muslims Religious Affairs.
According to IQNA’s branch in Europe, the Grand Mosque in the city of Makhachkala hosted the course with some one hundred participants.
Accurate performance and recitation of prayers as well as Tajweed principles and reading the Holy Quran’s verses were practiced during the course.
Mohammad Rasul Sa’diev, imam of the mosque said that the main objective of the course, taking into account that prayer is one of the pillars of Islam, was to help the worshippers to correct the mistakes they may make when saying prayers.
