Quran Recitation Session at Holy Shrine of Hazrat Abbas (AS)
A Quran recitation session will be held on Wednesday night at the holy shrine of Hazrat Abbas (AS) in Karbala.
Quran reciters from Iraq and a number of other countries will attend the session, Buratha news agency reported.
It is held on the sidelines of the 9th “Spring of Martyrdom” international cultural festival, which is slated to kick off in Karbala this evening.
Delegations from nearly 50 countries including Iran, Indonesia, Cameroon, Senegal, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, China, Russia, Norway, Belgium, Morocco, Algeria, Turkey and Sudan will take part at the festival.
Mounting a book exhibition with the participation of over 200 publications and institutes is among other programs on the sidelines of the festival.
