Shia Women, Girls to Attend Quran Competition in Eastern Saudi Arabia

The 6th Quran competition for women and girls will be held in the Saudi city of Sihat in late July.
Named Ramahaniya Quran competition, it will be organized in the middle of the holy month of Ramadan, Mozn news agency reported.
Registration for the contest, organized by Anwar-ul-Quran Society, is planned to start on June 29.
There are two the categories of recitation and memorization for the contestants who will compete in different age groups.
The city of Sihat is in Qatif province, a mostly Shia province in eastern Saudi Arabia.
