Students Quran Competition Wraps up in Mashhad

The 31st nationwide Quran Competition for School Students concluded in a ceremony in Mashhad on Tuesday, July 2.
Winners of different categories were awarded at the closing ceremony, which was addressed by Mohammad Bonyadi, Education Ministry’s Quran, Etrat and Prayers Deputy.
He described the Quran as a book that has presented everything that man needs for salvation and guidance.
He also thanked the Education Office of Khorasan Razavi Province for hosting the competition very well.
Later in the ceremony, Mohammad Javad Gholami, the deputy of the office presented a report about organization of the competition.
The national contest was held among winners of the preliminary stages from different provinces in categories such as Quran memorization, recitation, concepts, Nahj-ul-Balaqa, Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh and prayers.
